We aim to launch all client projects in a smooth, timely and hassle free manner. Initially and whilst developing your site or web application we place it within a sub domain on our server, allowing you to check progress and suggest changes as we go along. E.g. http://yourproject.kascadia.com

Once everything is complete and you’re ready to go live, the project can then be transferred over to a new space on our client server, burnt to disk or uploaded to your web space with another provider.

If you decide to keep your site with us we offer two types of hosting: managed and independent.  Both offer great value for money and take advantage of our UK based server providing lightning fast connection speeds and round the clock reliability.

Our managed packages provide additional support in configuring new mailboxes, FTP accounts, databases and all things control panel related. Independent packages provide the same technical functionally as our managed options, but are designed for intermediate or advanced users that feel comfortable using the Plesk control panel environment.

Whichever option your choose, you’ll still receive complimentary telephone and e-mail support on any network related issues that may arise.
